Our podcast and media creates community as we have conversations with thought leaders, look closer at self care, find the right questions, and take actionable steps towards affecting our own lives.
Who’s behind that voice?
Shawna Rodrigues
Host
Shawna’s the city girl next door. She’s a connoisseur of apple cider doughnuts, the perfect peach, the right balance of vanilla in a London Fog, and beach sand the perfect density for long walks.
A creative who is a proponent of positive change, she is also an author, coach, and consultant who spent two decades of her career leading programs in the private and public sectors supporting children, families, and communities.
Shawna has lived in seven states and countless communities on both coasts and in the South. She started her undergraduate studies in Oregon and completed them in Louisiana She earned her Master’s degree at Boston University, which honored her years later for her “Outstanding Contributions to the Field of Social Work.”
She values deep conversations, has immense gratitude for the incredible people who have been part of her life, and is inspired by the new people she meets and the perspectives they offer.
